Trans Fats
Trans fat is perhaps the unhealthiest fats you can consume. Studies have shown that such fat causes inflammation and make a negative impact on the health of your heart. Food items like pies, cookies (especially with frosting) cakes, cream-filled candies, Fried fast foods, Doughnuts, frozen pizza, etc. are loaded with Trans fat. So it is advisable to avoid such food as much as possible.
Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAH)
We all know that red meat is an excellent source of iron, protein and numerous essential nutrients. However, it can release toxic byproducts if cooked in a particular manner. Smoking or grilling red meat produces PAH that can increase the risk of different types of cancers with colon cancer in particular.
Added Sugar
Added Sugar is pretty standard in various processed foods, artificial fruit juices and other beverages, cream-filled candies, cakes, pies and so on. Sugar is loaded with fructose, and its excess intake leads to many serious health problems such as type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, obesity, fatty liver disease, etc.
